NSCA’s Tema, Ghana Committee held their first cultural events this month.
On March 9th,”Taste of Ghana” event was held at the Attucks Theater. This event included a slideshow presentation with pictures of Ghana and the twinning ceremony of 2010, choral and instrumental performances by Norfolk NIV Choir of Ghana and the Multicultural Performing Arts Consulting, and a locally-catered buffet of authentic Ghanaian dishes. Around 150 people showed up!
