As the weather is not looking promising, please review our rain policy. If rain forces the event to cancel, the decision will be made no later than 9:00 am on May 12. There is no rain date. There are no refunds.
Guests who purchased dinners should come to the Pagoda between 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm to collect their meals.
IF the weather holds, then please note that guest and materials drop off will be in front of the Pagoda. We will have volunteers to help with offloading. Once that is accomplished you are welcome to park in any of the Downtown parking lots.
