NSCA Young Artist Wins Grand Prize

NSCA is pleased to announce that Natalya G., age 15 from our Sister City Kaliningrad, Russia has been awarded the GRAND PRIZE for international art submissions with the theme “Youth as a Catalyst for Change”.   Natalya’s description of her artwork: ” My picture describes the opportunity of the people to look for the life with a new non-standard view but we don’t forget our past- It’s a curtain of our past life.”
